Nadhira for Boys

Our Nadhira program for boys is designed to offer young learners a solid foundation in Qur'ānic studies. Through engaging and interactive sessions, students will delve into the beauty of the Qur'ān, learning to read and understand its messages with precision and clarity. Tailored specifically for boys, this program focuses on developing a deep connection with the Qur'ān, enhancing their recitation skills, and fostering a lifelong relationship with Islamic teachings. Part-time Hifdh

The Part-Time Hifdh Program for is perfect for all ages who aspire to memorize the Qur'ān but need to balance their studies with other commitments. Our flexible schedule allows learners to progress at their own pace, providing personalized guidance and support to ensure successful memorization. This program emphasizes understanding and retaining the Qur'ānic verses, making the journey of Hifdh both achievable and spiritually enriching. (For boys only)

Adult Qur’ān Class

Designed specifically for adults, this Qur'ān class aims to bridge the gap in Islamic knowledge and Qur'ānic understanding. Whether you're beginning your journey with the Qur'ān or looking to deepen your existing relationship, our program offers comprehensive lessons in Tajweed. We emphasize the importance of Adab and cultivating a passion and love for the Qur'ān. Our program provides a supportive and enriching environment, fostering growth and a profound connection with the Qur'ān's teachings. (For brothers only)

Qari Zakaria Abo-Gadallah

Imam and Qur’ān Teacher

Qari Zakaria Abo-Gadallah is a distinguished educator and Islamic scholar, deeply rooted in his Palestinian heritage, now residing in Dallas, TX. With a rich background in Islamic studies and a fluent command of English, Arabic, and sign language, Qari Zakaria brings a unique blend of cultural sensitivity and innovative teaching methodologies to his roles. His career highlights include serving as a University Qur'ān Instructor, an Islamic Studies Instructor, and an Imam and Teacher in numerous masjids across the globe, including in Gaza, Egypt, Qatar, and the USA. Qari Zakaria's commitment to fostering a safe and positive learning environment is evident through his personalized lesson plans and his ability to tailor assignments to the diverse needs of his students. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Al-Aqsa University in Gaza and a Master's in Dawah in English from the Islamic University of Minnesota. Qari Zakaria's is a master of the Ashara Qirāʼāt. Qari Zakaria is a survivor and eyewitness of the ongoing war and genocide in Gaza, Palestine. This harrowing experience has only deepened his passion for teaching and his love for children and the Qur’ān. It is this combination of deep scholarly knowledge, firsthand experience of adversity, and a profound love for guiding the younger generation that Qari Zakaria brings to his new role at ISRA, where he is set to inspire and educate with compassion and wisdom.
