Solar Eclipse Prayer with Imam Azhar
As many of you may be aware of, the Solar Eclipse which happens only once every 360-410 years in a given location will be occurring on Monday, March 8th in Dallas inshā’Allāh.
Join us at ISRA HQ with Imam Azhar Subedar from 1:30pm - 2:00pm as we pray Salatūl Kusūf, prayed when the Moon comes between the Earth and the Sun, followed by a khutbah discussing this phenomenon inshā’Allāh.

27th night of Ramadān - Individual Ibādah at ISRA
At ISRA, on the auspicious 27th night of Ramadān, our tradition takes a turn inward, toward the silent language of the soul. In the quietude of our space, there will be no lectures, no collective prayers, only the soft footfalls of the seeker walking the path of solitude. We are creating a sanctuary of peace and tranquility, where the community can engage in deep, personal Ibadāh, uninterrupted by the external world. So that one may defeat their inner ego.
Those who walk through our doors are encouraged to embrace this time for personal reflection, to turn their attention fully towards communion with the Creator. On this night, the dialogue is between the individual and the Divine, a sacred conversation that transcends spoken words. We invite you to let the silence envelop you, to allow your innermost thoughts and Duā to rise in the stillness.
All are welcome to come for as long or as short as they want to seek the guidance and enlightenment that only self reflection can reveal.

We are excited to welcome you to our Annual Grand Iftār this Ramaḍān on Saturday, March 30th, 2024! This year, we embrace a powerful and transformative theme: "Leaders of Today." Youth are not merely leaders of tomorrow but are indeed leaders today. This perspective challenges us to acknowledge and nurture the leadership potential that exists within our youth right now, empowering them to take active roles in shaping our present and future.
The teachings of our blessed prophet ﷺ inspire us to value the contributions of all community members, including our youth, who play a crucial role in bringing about positive change. He said, “The best among you are those who bring greatest benefits to many others,” reminding us that leadership is about service, impact, and making a difference in the lives of others, regardless of age.
This event is a fundraiser to support ISRA HQ in our missions. Our program will feature enlightening talks, captivating recitations, heartwarming nashīds, and insights from guest speakers.
